Refund Policy

All sales on hotel packages and tickets are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made.

Incidents and unforeseen circumstances beyond's,'s, or the event organizer's control will not be a reason for a refund, including but not limited to the following: weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines for too long, family emergencies, medical emergencies, work or school related emergencies, purchasing too many tickets or hotel packages, or the inability to attend the event for any reason.

Tickets left at will call will or at retail locations will not be refunded. Pick up start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, and a valid government issued picture ID. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.
